Starting Your Build
It all begins with your dream of a Northern Michigan Lifestyle.
We offer a thoughtfully designed floor plan and interior design with dozens of options to choose your own finishes, decor and amenities. Upon reserving your new home you will work directly with our builder to design your space to fit your needs. The completion date of the project is typically within 9-12 months of your reservation date.
You Dream it.
We offer 3 model types which vary from 2-4 bedrooms with options to add custom outdoor kitchens, vaulted ceilings, & upgraded finishes & Amenities.
You Design it.
Before we complete construction you will have several sets of finishes and design suggestions for you to choose from; your will be given an allowance for each types of finishes from flooring to paint colors, hardware to fixtures. Work within our preset budget or choose upgraded finishes to maximize the value of your space!
We Build it.
Our experienced and customer forward build team will work with you directly to ensure you are updated and involved throughout the building process.
